          Session 1
          5 weeks - 5 Games - Registration Deadline November 25, 2012
            Thursday November 29, 2012 through Saturday December 29, 2012

Cost: $400.00 per team plus $15.00 ref fee per game
$80.00 per game per team (only $8.00 per player per game based on a 10 player roster)

          U11-U14B games to be played on Friday nights from 6-9pm.
            U8-U10 B&G games to be played on Saturdays.
            U11-U14G games to be played on Saturdays.

          Session 2
          10 weeks - 10 Games - Registration Deadline December 23, 2012
            Wednesday January 2, 2013 through Tuesday March 12, 2013

Cost: $1,300.00 per team plus $15.00 ref fee per game
$130.00 per game per team (only $10.00 per player per game based on a 13 player roster)

PLEASE NOTE:
For teams playing in both Session 1 & Session 2, a $100.00 discount will be applied to Session 2!

           U8-U9 B&G games to be played on Saturdays.
            U10 B&G games to be played on Sundays.
     U11-U13G games to be played on Sundays.
            U11B & U12B games to be played on Friday nights from 6-9pm.
           PLEASE NOTE: U12B may be moved to Tuesday nights from 6-9pm
           U14G games to be played on Saturday evenings.
             U13B & U14B games to be played on Tuesday nights from 6-9pm.

            Game schedules will be posted on web site

Length of Games: 42 minutes

Size of Field: 105' x 150'

Number of Players: 7 v 7 (including Keeper)

Uniforms: All teams must wear matching uniforms. Uniforms will not be provided.

Standings: Standings will be posted on web site

Additional Info:

Open to U8-U14 boys and girls travel teams

Leagues will be formed on a first-come, first-serve basis

Premier and National flights will be formed based on level of play

2 carded guest players per team will be allowed

Players must have USYSA Player Pass.

Players without a USYSA Player Pass can purchase a NJYS Indoor Pass for $10.00

All teams must have an adult coach at all games

Attention all teams! The following must be completed 30 minutes prior to your first game:
Submit completed Registration Form via email, Submit copy of team roster and proof of age (player passes, driver's license, etc.), Submit signed Waiver and Consent Form (only if not USYSA or US Club carded), Registration Fee paid in full
