   Session 1 (10 Games) - Friday Nights - November 19, 3010 to January 21, 2011
         Exceptions: Good Friday, Christmas Eve Friday, and New Years Eve Friday will be made
   on another night. See Master Schedule for the three makeup dates.
         Cost: $1,500.00 per team plus $20.00 ref fee per game
         $150.00 per game per team (only $15.00 per player pe rgame based on a 10 player roster).

Session 2 (10 Games) - Friday Nights -

January 28, 2011 to April 1, 2011

PLEASE NOTE:
For teams playing in both Session 1 & Session 2, a

$100.00 discount will be applied to Session 2

Number of Games: 10 games for Session 1 and 10 games for Session 2
Schedule:
- Men's Over 30 games will be played on Friday nights.
- Session 1: Begins Friday November 19, 2010
- Session 2: Begins Friday January 28, 2011
- Game schedules will be posted on web site
Length of Games: Two 28-minute halves
Size of Field: 105' x 150'
Number of Players: 6 v 6 (including Keeper)
Rules
Uniforms: All teams must wear matching uniforms. Uniforms will not be provided.
Standings: Standings will be posted on web site

- Completed Registration Form and $200 deposit required to reserve a spot
- All players MUST sign a Waiver & Consent Form
- All fees must be paid in full before 1st game
- Registration Deadline for Session 1 is November 10, 2010
