        Exceptions: Thanksgiving Friday - No Games
        Cost: $1,600.00 per team plus $20.00 ref fee per game
       $160.00 per game per team
       (only $16.00 per player pe rgame based on a 10 player roster).

Session 2 (10 Games) - Friday Nights - February 1

PLEASE NOTE:
For teams playing in both Session 1 & Session 2, a

$100.00 discount will be applied to Session 2

Number of Games: 10 games for Session 1 and 10 games for Session 2
Schedule:
- Men's Over 30 games will be played on Friday nights.
- Session 1: Begins Friday November 16, 2012
- Session 2: Begins Friday February 1, 2013
- Game schedules will be posted on web site
Length of Games: Two 28-minute halves
Size of Field: 105' x 150'
Number of Players: 6 v 6 (including Keeper)
Rules
Uniforms: All teams must wear matching uniforms. Uniforms will not be provided.
Standings: Standings will be posted on web site

- Open to men ages 30 and older
Registration Info:
- Completed Registration Form and $200 deposit required to reserve a spot
- All players MUST sign a Waiver & Consent Form
- All fees must be paid in full before 1st game
- Registration Deadline for Session 1 is November 7, 2012
- Registration Deadline for Session 2 is January 25, 2013
