PLEASE NOTE: $100.00 discount for registering and paying in full by September 15, 2009
for Session 1 and/or Session 2!

Cost: Session 1 (5 Games) - Friday Nights
$700.00 per team plus $20.00 ref fee per game
$140.00 per game per team
(only $14.00 per player per game based on a 10 player roster)
Cost: Session 2 (10 Games)
$1,500.00 per team plus $20.00 ref fee per game
$150.00 per game per team
(only $15.00 per player per game based on a 10 player roster)
Please note: $100 discount for Session II for signing up for both sessions.
Number of Games: 5 games for Session 1, 10 games for Session 2, 6 games for Session 3
Schedule:
- Men's Over 30 games will be played on Friday nights.
- Session 1: Begins Friday November 20, 2009
- Session 2: Begins Friday January 8, 2010
- Session 3: Begins Friday March 19, 2010
- Game schedules will be posted on web site
Length of Games: Two 28-minute halves
Size of Field: 105' x 150'
Number of Players: 6 v 6 (including Keeper)
Rules
Uniforms: All teams must wear matching uniforms. Uniforms will not be provided.
Standings: Standings will be posted on web site

- Open to men ages 30 and older
Registration Info:
- Completed Registration Form and $200 deposit required to reserve a spot
- All players MUST sign a Waiver & Consent Form
- All fees must be paid in full before 1st game
- Registration Deadline for Session 1 is November 13, 2009
- Registration Deadline for Session 2 is December 20, 2009
- Registration Deadline for Session 3 is March 13, 2010
